    Hi
When I'm trying to surf the internet I keep getting this message. Your current Security Settings prohibit running Active X controls on this page. I have went into internet options and tried to change security level from medium to medium low and eanable all the things that say anything about active x but keeps going back to original after I restart p.c I'm on AOL7 and win 98,

My other problem is when I'm trying to connect to internet quite a lot icant get on and when I press ctrl+shift+del it says msgrv32 not responding and AOL not responding
    Hope you can help thanks

You can try updating your IE to v6 and use all default settings (that is don't try to change anything). Also, what website are you trying to access? Is it just one website or a few? If its just one, then maybe you can tell us the site URL.
