    What constitutes income
Does the money my ex-wife receives from her live in boyfriend count towards her income? He pays monies toward the mortgage and utility bills and the house belongs to her.

If you are asking for the purpose of reducing support, then the answer is no.

No, that is the boyfriends income not her income. If he lives in the same household, some states may view his income as "household" income, but normally it is the job that the ex wife does for income

Everyone is correct here, the best way to answer your question for yourself is to ask this question, does she claim the boyfriends income on her taxes as her income? If not than no his income is just that, his income. I agree with ScottGem here if you are wondering this to lower child support that you pay her, it does not matter if the live in boyfriend was a millionairre, those children are not his financial responsibility in the eyes of the court. Hope that helps.
