It is all about knowing your body and being comfortable with it. It is a trail and error type of deal only you know what makes you feel good.

Everyone is different and each time you need a little more of this and a little less of that to make yourself happy. Take the time to get to know your body, find the places that make you excited and the ones that don't. Take a long bath and slowly rub yourself all over.
