Okay I went with my Mom to this store so I figured that I would park my truck next to this Explorer but while I was in the store I heard the store attendant on the speaker phone saying Whoever owns a Gray Titan please come outside so I never did think of anything wrong so as I went outside I seen this cop and couple in shock So I was worried maybe they got into an accident w/my truck but come to find out I side swiped their explorer and I almost fainted plus I did not have insurance at that time.

So, you have no insurance and you damaged an exepensive car, I guess you will have to fix it out of your pocket plus having a charge of driving without insurance.

First how do you not know you hit another car, you got out on drivers side, mom got out on passenger, someone had to see it happen with both of you in car.?

On, you don't have insurnce, so you get your credit card or check book out and write them a check for the damages, IF you don't, basically you may end up losing your drivers license till you do.

Most likely their insurance will fix it short term, but then they will also sue you for the damages.

Oh well I dropped mom off in the front of that store then went to park my truck..
