I Recently Had To Uninstall/re-install Firefox In My Comptuer After Some Maintenance And Now Cannot Download It Back //
When I Am At Mozilla.org To Its "downloads" Section They Normally Have The Download Link There But It Does Not Appear On My Computer...

That's unlikely. Instead create a NEW (fresh) profile and then add back only your bookmarks and cookies
