He said it and I didn't know what to say to him. I really really like him but I'm not sure if its love. And I don't know if he's completely sure either. He told me through a text.. He said he wanted to tell me for the past few days but wanted to tell me in person when I saw him. But he said he couldn't wait. I really don't know if I love him yet.. I think it might be possible for me to love him in the future, hey maybe even now (though not likely), but I don't want him to be sad if I don't say I love him. What should I do? We've only been dating for about a month, and I've always wanted to wait for the right moment to say I love you. Instead of throwing that phrase around to anyone. But I don't know if what I'm feeling in just deep like or love.

It's okay to not know. I would tell him thank you so much for telling me that. I appreciate how special it is I'm not sure if I'm ready to say it to you yet however I think that sometime soon I will.

It's a GOOD thing that you don't want to say it when you don't mean it. It's a very important statement and I'm glad to hear you respect that.
My guess is he text you because he was nervous to say it out loud. Give him a hug and tell him what Glinda said. :)

A month is not nearly enough time to know whether you really love someone. He's way jumping the gun by saying it to you now and you'd be way jumping the gun if you said it back. These things take time, so give it the time it needs before jumping to any major decisions.
