    My 12 year old's behavior.Lying specifically
I have a 12 year old daughter that loves to stay on the cell phone, well text really, and she lies constantly and is very sneaky. I have preached till I don't know whatelse to do.
I have her in Church and have explained that she needs to focus on school, not boys... Help:eek:

Take away the cell phone, set stricter punishments and follow through with them.
She needs to learn what you say goes. If she is this bad know and you don't get a control on it, just image a few years from now.

I agree with the above. Or take texting off your plan. When she complains tell her anything she can say to her friends she can say out loud to where you can hear. But tell her it's just because you are worried about her safety and want the best for her. She'll be mad and vent to her friends, but it will show her that you mean business and not to try to keep things from you.

The top two posts are really good above and in addition to those, don't lecture too much. It just turns us off and we simply ignore you. Somehow put real life stories in your talks and let her talk so she feels that what she says is important and then you should get a closer relationship
