    Pregnancy symptoms gone overnight !
There not sure how many weeks I am but id reckon around 6. I had a miscarriage in march 07 I had light bleeding went for a sonogram and was told miscarriage.. this time there is no bleeding although a lot of discharge like I'm about to start bleeding I keep having to check if its blood or not and my vomiting nausea and breast tenderness have all vanished overnight. I'm so afraid it's a miscarrige again has anyone experienced this..!

I experienced a sudden loss of symptoms like you described at around 7 weeks when I had a m/c. Everyone is different, so its possible or it could be a fluke. Best to go to the doctor, hun.

I suggest that you talk to your doctor, esp. since you have had a miscarriage in march. It may be that it is normal. Some women's morning sickness will stop off and on throughout the pregnancy. Increased discharge does occur in pregnancy, however if it is ever any color then clear or white(like the usual healthy discharge) you need to inform your doctor. If there is new (red)blood you need to get to your doctor asap, or the ER if you can't get to your doctor. Any bleeding (old or new) needs to be reported to the doctor. It could be normal, however, it could also be a warning sign. Get in contact with your doctor asap, and tell them of your concerns. They will probably want you to come in to check things. If they don't tell you to come in, go in anyway, as you being stressed won't help anything. In the mean time, I hope all is well dear. Please stay in touch.

I agree with the others that you should go to the doctor. It is always better to be safe because this is your body and your baby.
I worried and doubted my pregnancy in the early stages because I had no symptoms except for sore breasts but that went away around 7 weeks. However, I am 10 weeks now and am getting many more symptoms. Everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. But if in doubt go see your doctor. You know your body better than anyone else. If you think something might be wrong it is best to get it checked out. Hopefully all will be well. I have got my fingers crossed for you.

Mother natures very funny. I woke up one day and the morning sickness was gone. If you have any doubt go to doc and get sono done to detect heartbeat.

How pregnancy affects your body is so strange. Some days I have no pregnancy symptoms and others I have every symptom in the book.
Good luck with everything. I can't wait until I get to hear the heartbeat on my little one. I go to the doctor for my 12 week on the 21st of August maybe I can hear it then, I don't know how soon you can hear the heartbeat.

Pregnancy is strange, and so are we. Seems like when we have morning sickness, we can't wait for it to disappear. Then when it does, we start to worry " why am I not having it anymore, is something wrong?!" hah. I think its just part of being a woman. Glad you don't have to worry about it being gone anymore ;0) now you just got to wish it was gone again hah
