Not at all dangerous... wifes thinking about it as well. Worst candidates are fair skinned, light haired blonde's, and dark skinned blacks. My understanding is lighter skin and darker hair make it easier but I could misunderstand that part. Now how permanent it is long term? I know people that love it.. don't know any that have complained.

A friend of mine had it done and she said it was the best money she ever spent. She also got her armpits done. The places she went included follow up visits in the cost of the initial hair removal. Occasionally some hair can grow back within 6 months but typically the place will remove that hair at no additional cost.

But I'm keen on going all the way to the lips etc... is there a risk of not being pregnant or any effects inside?

No its just external. They are not shooting a laser inside your vagina! They may not do that area because its sensitive and I'm not sure if it would cause problems like burning or irritation.

See Section 7 about possible complications, it doesn't seem like this is a risk for this procedure. Also laser is not spelled with a "z", you can Google laser hair removal and read more articles about it
