I am on one year probation ending on 10/07, this is unspurvised with a five month spended senten of which I did 10 days, also I was to report to drug cousuling with in a few weeks, the thing is that I tried to contact vsap office to do the program at an office closer to my home but I never did get anything set up that and I have a family and am on welfare so I don't have the $400 to enter vasap anyway. My question is am I going to have to do the whole 5 months and/or a years probation over again ? This was a frist time pot poss. Charge.. thanks

They're going to make you finish the program before you're released. If you don't make arrangements soon they might violate you.

Yes excon is correct, if you don't talk to your PO and explain this and have set plans to go into the program, they can violate you and send you to jail.
If you work with the PO, they will most likely extend your probation to give you additional time to do the program.

I see that a noticed was placed on the courts web page that I have a kpeus, but I was just stopped by the police the other day and was clean... what dose that mean ?
