I am able to get to the "website" but when I enter the user (admin) it does not work. Any suggestions??

You are not able to get into anything at the IP address of 192.168.1.0, as this is not a valid hostname. It is a network designation.

If you are trying to get into a router, try 192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.1, or 192.168.15.1.

The default login might be any combination of these:
U is for username, P is for password
Try different combinations of usernames and passwords if you haven't set up a different password for your router
Usually it is either root, admin, or administrator
Also try entering one of those as a password, and leaving the username blank.
