I am a personal guarantor on a lease property I have and the payments have always been on time. Should that good payment history be noted on my personal credit report since I am guarantor?

Not all companies report payments ( or late payments) this is their option to belong to the reporting bureus and report. So it will be on there only if the company you pay reports them. And are you the actual payor or just signed as a guarantor on someone else's lease ?
