Iam considering buying a new computer with the Vista Home Premium operating system. There are thirty-two bit machines and sixty-four bit machines.

What are the advantages of the sixty-four bit computer?

Almost all computers made for Vista are 64 bit machines. Having 64 bit capability means that the processor can process twice as many instructions at the same time.
However, except for some high end machines, the 32 bit version of Vista is being pre loaded. The reason for this is there aren't enough device drivers available to work with 64 bit.
