weird lumps on vagina? Take the time to read! I need answers
HI Im 17 years old and sexually active but only with one guy! I'm 5 months pregnant! Around the time I got pregnant my vagina itched real bad and burned! I thought maybe it was a yeast infection because I had one before! Well a couple days later a bunch of pimple like bumps started showing up everywhere on my vagina! They wasn't on the lips of the vagina though! Just on the skin around them like where I shave at and there was even 2 on my butt. They turned into big painful knot like lumps under or I guess in my skin! It was the most painful thing I ever experienced. They were at least the size of a grape and felt like there was one in there too. But they all had like little white heads at the tips of the bumps and so I popped them anyway knowing I shouldn't but they all squirted out really green and bloody puss out... I mean a lot of puss. It did help take the pain down but the pain was def. there! I couldn't walk stand sit or sleep or bathe because of these! They stayed there for about two weeks! I went to three doctors and said it was probably herpes but I got tested all three times and they all said negative... but they're stupid because I thought herpes only occurred on the lips but mine were no where near that! My lips were completely fine so was the inside of my vagina! But one of the doc. Gave me herpes meds. And I took them thinking well it can't hurt nuthin then the sores opened up and were open sores or legions type of thing?? And they bleed A lot! It was soakin my clothes with blood! Thatwas about five or so months ago and I haven't had that again thank god! But I still get the pimple like things all the time but they just don't get that big and out of control and they still bother me and I get embarrassed and scared for me and my unborn baby's health when thinking about it! I also had the same kind of bump on my arm not too long ago! What could this be? Infection of sum sort? A std? Oh and I'm pregnant so the doc. Tested me for almost everything there is and they said everythings fine &&all tests negative? Please give me all your ideas this doesn't sound normal I've tried looking up all kinds of info but nothing can tell me anything... my bumps looked NOTHING like anykind of std and infection and rash? What can this be? Thank you! Please help!

Hey I'm a 20year old guy. I seem to have the same issues although no where near as large or as much of an issue. As you said you shave. I do as well. I went to the doctor about it and his only advise was that I struggle with ingrown hairs. They can actually become very infected. That is why the appear in various location not just your "Little Lady". He gave me a prescription topical antibiotic ointment. It seems to work very well and they clear up in a few days. I would recommend trying to get something along those lines maybe even an over the counter should work. Anyway good luck with your new baby.

This actually sounds like it could be a Staph infection. If not treated properly, these bumps can spread. If this is what it is, you need to get on some antibiotics to kill the infection in your body. The fact that the Herpes test came out negative is a good thing. I know how it is to get tested during pregnancy so you have probably gone through all of this testing already.

You have to be demanding with doctors sometimes. Sometimes it is the only way you get things looked at more in depth. Since the Herpes came out negative, go back to your doctor and demand that they find what is wrong with you. Bring up the Staph infection as well. They don't seem to be too worried, and that's not good because you are pregnant.

One tip, when these pimple like things form, don't pop them. This could spread the infection further if that's what it is. Until you find out what is wrong, just leave them alone, but do clean them with antibacterial soap when you shower.
