    Invasion of privacy?
    If anyone is in the legal field maybe you can help. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about INVASION OF PRIVACY. A person has hired a private investorgator on me took all these photos hacked into my email and is now threating me with them. She's saying she's going to send all these privaite photos and emails to my family. I dated this guy who was married to this women, which I had no idea he was married. She thinks I knew and now is threating me with the private photos and private emails. Do I have a case? Please help! This crazy women is driving me nuts!!

    If she does it, and uses the material to your detriment, you can sue her.

    I don't think pictures are illegal, not sure about hacking emails.
    But extortion is a very serious offence.
    Keep any communications that occur. Even if they don't follow through with their threats the fact that they are asking for something and are trying to blackmail you is enough.
    If they are just going to send the pictures and aren't asking for anything I don't think there is much you can do to stop it.
    I would see if a lawyer could get a restraining order to stop her from sending the pictures.
