I have been contributing to SSN since last 8 years. Is there a possibility to get any amount withdrawn from this before retirement?

Not unless you are injured and unable to work. Otherwise you can't touch the money cause it's not really yours. It's taxes that you pay and might get some back when you turn 67 or what ever the new retirement age is.

You can start receiving social security benefits at a reduced benefit rate at age 62. Otherwise the full retirement age is somewhere between age 65 and 67, depending on the year you were born.
