    Maytag MSD2556AEA Not cooling
I have a Maytag msd2556aea refrigerator that is not cooling in the refrigerator section. The freezer seems to be working fine. I had a Maytag (aftermarket) technician assess the fridge and he claimed (in about 5 minutes) that I had a sealed system failure and that the fridge should be replaced. I was not present during the assessment and I am having a tough time swallowing his assessment, therefore I removed the rear panel in the freezer and noticed that there was frost on only about half of the coil. Should there be frost on the entire coil and if not does it mean that Mr. Maytag is correct? Please help.

Feel the coil that is not frosted and see if it is cold or warm if it is warm you either are short of refridgerant or he is right the compressor is worn.
