    Bank levey
I had a bill from about 6 years ago that I have paid $50 a month for. I have paid off more than the asked amount. Now they are saying that I owe $3200 to them and they put a levey on my bank account. I can't have this happen. I have a family to take care of. I am the money maker of my family. How can I stop them before they take my money?? I only have proof for some of the payments. The rest were lost in the moves.

Request a complete accounting from them of all funds paid.

File a Complaint with the FTC,

Go to the bank request a copy of the levy, file with the court a Motion to Quash the levy, this is case a hearing to be set, were they will have to show a complete accounting of this matter. Don't except no for an answer.
