O have a questio people I have a hoda civic dx and the some B**** won't start or turnover for that matteri know its not that BATTERY I know its not the IGNITION would someone help me out its been sitting for three months the head lights won't work and when you try to start it none of the light turn on the hazard light work and the horn works what do you guys think...

First get the battery recharged, its dead.

Its not turning over at all? Its probably the starter. The starter is located under the distributor. Have someone turn the key to start and you tap (the starter) on it with a metal pole. If it starts you need a starter. If it doesn't start it still may be the starter.
