You usually have to wait two weeks after a light or missed period to see if you are pregnant if not get a blood test from your doctor.

It means that you are most likely having a period. No matter how regular we are we still have unusual periods.

Well, yes it could be. Anything in this world is possible. But the chances are slim. Most people don't experience implantation bleeding. Its more rare then you'd think. It would be very very light bleeding. Light pink, or brown usually, though it can be red. But again, this is very rare. Some women do have early pregnancy bleeding. Its usually much lighter and shorter flows then a typical period. The only way you can find out if you are pregnant, is to wait for that positive or negative test result(be in hpt or a blood test.) I'm afraid you just have to play the waiting game.
