Okay what is the difference between love you and I love you?

If you are regarding when someone says it to you I would have to say "love you" is a common courtesy if you said it to them and they are just saying it back. "I love you" is expressing their exact feeling. However everyone is different and that is my opinion...

if he sαid "love you" it doesn't hαve much heαrt, if he sαid "i love you" it's α reαl love expression becαuse he mentioned well.. himself!
