Hi guys,

Just about to install my new shower valve but before doing so wanted to check if there's a standard/recommended height. It's a shower valve and head only, no tub spout...

You can set them at any height you wish but in new construction we set the valves 48" off the shower floor and we set the shower head at 78". Don'r forget to use a 1/2" drop eared ell on the shower raiser and secure it to backing. Good luck Tom
