Hi, Im 14 and I have crossbrackets(the new type of braces)were you only have to were them 12-14 months. Well I noticed that my tongue was not like a cat's tongue but it is rough on the top. What can I do to make my tongue softer?

I don't think there are any tongue lotions or anything like that. It's probably just some irritation from your braces. I'd ask your orthodontist the next time you go on. It may even clear up on its on.

I agree with GlindaofOz - talk to your orthodonitst.
