What would you like to ask her? To the movies? Bowling?

If you know her or are friends with her already, just ask her out to lunch or dinner or something fun like a sporting game or activity where you can talk (not a movie where you just sit there in silence). You want to talk and learn more about each other on a first date. If you don't really know her or haven't talked to her, it might be a little awkward to ask her out because she doesn't know you. In that case, try having a conversation with her when you see her next time or find something you have in common. Good luck!
