Hello... I was going to cut the grass today but when I pulled the pull coard the mower didn't start and the chord is now not retracting in... how do I get the chord to retract bk so I can pull it and start the mower?

OK lets start with an easy, tool-less attempt. Slightly tug and release the cord with one hand while you pound on the top of the spool with your other fist. Only works on rare occasions but lets start there. Come back with your results.
