    Kenmore Washer model 110.23032101
I have a Kenmore Washer model 110.23032101 that does not spin out completely. It seems to spin but sometimes the clothes are still wet when the load finishes. We have replaced the motor and this has not solved our problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is this model belt driven or direct drive?

I believe it is direct drive.

I would remove the motor and check the coupling. It is between the motor and the transmision. Not hard to do and if coupling is bad not expensive repair.

Thanks. I believe we have concluded this is our next line of attack. Do you know how we can tell if the coupling is bad?

You have a flange on trans and one on the motor side. A flexible rubber coupling between. On the flanges you will find on esch 3 tabs that will go through the rubber piece. Many times one of those will be broke off or you will see that the flange will be broken or cracked. Once you get in out I believe in will be clear as to whether it's good or bad. Good Luck and post back with results.
