Is it possible to get genital warts without having sexual intercourse ?

It is possible to pass on the virus through other means if someone had a wart around there mouth or on there hands/fingers it can be spread that way.

My understanding is that the HPV may be present in a person's body without ever having an outbreak. A friend of mine was a virgin and actually needed warts removed from her cervix via a laser. So my answer would be YES.

Oh k thanks its just I woke up yesterday and it looked like I had genital warts but they have already nearly gone so it was probably something else

My research tells me that it is possible to get genital warts without ever having intercourse.

But if what you say is true and it has gone then it more than likely isn't warts. What it was though I have no idea.
