    Weight watchers or Jenny Craig?
I am looking into both weight watchers and Jenny Craig, and I was just wondering if anyone has tried either one or both? And which one is better, and easier to stick with. Thanks guys!

I've only done Weight Watchers and I can tell you I love it. I don't even feel like I'm on a diet. I do WW Core which lets you eat all the fruits, veggies, lean meats, popcorn, rice cakes you want all day long. On top of that you have 35 points to use all week so if you really, really want a slice of pizza you can have it.

From what I've heard jenny can be good but you eat their food so you lose weight while on the program but I've known people who have gained it all back once they stopped eating their food.

My aunt said it best Jenny is a quick fix and Weight Watchers is a change of life.

Glinda is totally right! I have never heard of a life change with JC.

There are many beautifully photographed cookbooks and exercise books for WW -- free for checkout at your local public library, by the way. (There are none, or very few, for JC.)

    I vote for WW.

BTW I don't go to the meetings or anything like that. I just do my thing. I was originally turned off from WW because of the meetings then my aunt told me she has done it all before so she knows all the stuff anyway. You can find pretty much all the information on WW (points, what to eat, etc) all online for free. A lot of people have put up all of the information you just have to search for it.

My friend has lost a lot of weight on Weight Watchers. :) She said she doesn't get hungry and feels like she has a lot of choices to what she can eat.

I have never tried Jenny Craig so I can't say much about it, but I have been on Weight Watchers and it was great! :)

I'm going to keep my personal beliefs out of the equation and give you only 1 piece of advice:

Whichever route you decide to take, be certain that the bodyweight changes you hope to attain don't occur at the expense of your basal metabolic rate.

I.E. don't lose weight now at the expense of keeping it off in the future, which is what ends up happening to the vast majority of people who join weightloss centers.
