I need to figure out how to quickly disable a 2000 Honda Accord. My teenager is grounded and if the car is driveable, will figure out a way to use it.

. Totally remove the negative battery cable, or

. Remove the 7.5 amp. BACKUP fuse from the under hood fuse box. The BACKUP fuse controls power to the computer. If the ECM is not getting power, the car won't start, or

. Both.
