I remember watching a movie at school focused on a boy and girl, siblings I think, in a haunted house/estate. The ghost/villain rattled chains a lot and Iwas see through, not a physical being. I watched it at school between 1983-1985 but it may have been old then. It was definitely a child's film (I was elementary age). But not animated. I want to say their was a basement also. Any suggestions?
