You need more than just congruent diagonals to establish any one particular type of quadrilateral.

Essentially you're asking "What is a parallelogram with at least one right angle?" Granted you already know it's a parallelogram and it has a right angle to boot. So what kind of parallelogram does that make it? Think about it.

A quadrilateral with 4 congruent sides [and that's all you know about it.] What kind of quadrilateral is it?

A quadrilateral with 4 congruent angles must be what? Think about what the measure of each angle is ; that ought to give you a hint.

When a quadrilateral has diagonals that bisect each other [and you know nothing more about it other than that], what's that automatically make it?

Your quadrilateral has exactly two consecutive right angles (and hence, two non-right angles.) So what's that make it? Try drawing it ; that often helps.
