Try the Export function on the file menu to create a "web" page on you local hard drive containing links to all the URLs listed in your favorites. This is a function intended for backing up your favorites, transferring them to another computer or to an alternate browser.
Then open that page in the browser and use the print function on the file menu (NOT the "Print" button on the tool bar). When the Print dialog opens click the "Options" tab and select "Print table of links" before clicking the button that initiates printing. Expected behavior is to reproduce the rather inelegant list of links followed by a two column table with the link text in the left column and the URLs in the right column. Favorites containing Javascript instead of URLs might produce unexpected results though.
