I have my naval pierced and on the bottom hole it lookds like the inside of the hole came out... it doesn't hurt or anything, I clean it all the time and nothing green is coming out but its ugly I just want to know what to do.?

It sounds like it is just scar tissue. Put a warm compress on it for 10 minutes twice a day and reduce cleaning to once a day. Too much cleaning can irritate the piercing and cause scar tissue. Also, if you are using any saline solution such as h2ocean, stop. Those type of products will dry out the piercing and also irritate it. :)

Normal skin tube-try to limit the movement of the jewellry otherwise the skin tube will break-opening the pierce up to infection
