Call you ISP, they're fully equipped to deal with your problem.
If you call your service provider they can walk you through the whole process! And if your internet was working before this, You might need to install an anti-virus/spyware if you don't have one try AVG, it free but if you have one update it.
What is the EXACT message. No IP means you aren't connected to a network to get to the Net. How do you connect to the Net?
Go to Network Properties and go to Local Area Connection Properties and Select TCP/IP Properties and Give IP Address as 192.168.0.1 and Subnet Masks as 255.255.255.0 and Then restart the System and Dail up and See the Internet is connecting the Internet or not
