    Establishing paternity at 30
I am 30. My parents were married when I was conceived. My father cheated on my
Mother and she left when she was 5 months pregnant. She tried numerous times to
Get a divorce and finally when I was 21 months old he and his lawyer told my mom
That if she would state he wasn't my father he would give her the divorce.
Seeing he didn't want me she agreed. I met him when I was 12,he told me he knew
He was my father but his new wife ( 2nd one after my mom) couldn't know. The
Last couple of years I have tried several times to get him to agree to a
Paternity test, he won't. He doesn't even want to talk to me! I want and answer.
I'm tired of him! Lying. I just want to know my family and for them to know that
There son has kept me from them my whole life because of his lack of
Responsibility! Can I do anything? He just recently told his brother if I try to contact him he'll get a restraining order against me. Can I file for paternity or am I waisting my time and money?

I understand wanting to know your family and that you're angry at this point, but why would you want to associate yourself with such a coward? His conditions for the divorce were set up in such a way that he didn't have to be held responsible for child support. Then his second wife couldn't know? Interesting. Oh, and now he wants to file a restraining order against you?
I'm not sure exactly what you mean by suing for paternity, but in my opinion you are wasting your time and money dealing with this jerk.

Unfortunately you can do nothing.OK-you are 30yo.No one can force him into submitting a DNA test.If the divorce decree stated that "there is no children of the mariage" you and he are legal strangers and in this way he has right to get a restraining order.
