There is a movie were this guy is some type of cyborg , he has a tank like lower torson that he gets around on and he can change his hand with a rocket loncher , there's also some kind of time travel involved and a scene were they are getting chased by a boat . One of the lines that I remember most is when someone asked if he needed bodywork , he kind of took it personally and got mad and the girl said they mean the car silly . Any body know what I'm tallking about ?:confused:

It's possible that you're thinking of Eliminators from 1986, a flick out of the notorious B-movie factory Empire Pictures/Full Moon. It features Denise "Tasha Yar" Crosby, genre stalwart Andrew Prine, and Roy Dotrice. The character Mandroid can switch to a tank-track mode, a picture of which you can see in that link. Time travel is also part of the plot, along with, of course, ninjas and cavemen.
