Ok this is in Ohio
My girlfriend decided to move back to her home state.
Her sons stuff is still in the room he used to sleep in
He never paid a dime in rent
He has been living at his girlfriends place for about 60 days.
Can I change the locks and what should I do with his stuff?
His drivers license lists my address as home but he was arrested for domestic violence at his girlfriends house, and gave her address as place of residence

How old is the child?

Call him up or put a notice in the paper to tell him to come and get his things or you will dispose of them. Put his things outside so he doesn't have to come in and change the locks. You can do all this provided his name was not on the lease if a lease was applicable.

Oh wow... yeah at 25 he needs to get his things. You have no obligation to him seeing as he is not your child. Like spawnofazazel said... I would make an attempt to call him and let him know you have packed his things and they will be outside to pick up, and I would change the locks. If you can't get ahold of him do the newpaper notification and keep a copy of it for proof, then if he still doesn't respond pitch his stuff!
