:confused: OK, this really akward to ask this site.. but I need to know if my boyfriend could have given me a urinary tract infection. It started like not even a week ago. We didn't have sex, but he did finger me. I've been taking medication and all but it still comes back.

Well from my beleifs no he can't give you one because that's on the inside of yor body and no matter if he finered you or not you would have still got it maybe you drink too much popQuote:

Ps. Go pee whenever you reαlly feel like it-- it'll hurt like hell but it kindα helps the heαling process :)
Sad to say that my husband used to give me UTI's all the time! We were using a certain lubricant that did not agree with my system. I didn't catch on right away. We would use it, I would get a UTI, take antibotics, get a yeast infection etc. etc. etc. Then we would use this stuff again and start the whole process over. It took almost 2 months to figure out what was going on.
Those things hurt so bad and you can lose control of when you need to go. Like Sarai said, AZO is great! My daughter had a UTI and would SCREAM every time she went to the bathroom. After one day of using AZO, she was better. (She was only 4 at the time)
If you continue to have this problem, go to a urologist and get checked out.
Also during sexual activity bacteria gets carried up and can cause an infection in your urinary tract.

Yep, you can get it even through fingering.
Urinate before sex (penetration) but especially AFTER. Doing that, will help flush any possible bacteria out.
