I have been having somes spotting for last 3 days(brown discharge typically could see when wiped) but today there was increase in the discharge.Seems to be period but not sure if it is..
Normally I get a regular flow and I am not due for another 3 days.

Are there any chances that this could be implantation bleeding and not period.I do have cramps on and off.

I am trying to conceive and I am hoping I am pregnant.
Could anyone answer something other than saying take the "Pregnancy test"
Also I have a tearing type sensation in my abdomen
