My washing machine for awhile now has had an order coming from it like sewage but no back up and now my kitchen sink drains so slow and has stopped. WE have snaked it out and poured cleaners and it seemed to clean some nasty stuff out under the house but we now we ran water in and it is like a no go. Can it be a vent problm and can you help out? The kitchen is at the other end of our house away frrom the washer. Thanks for whatever you can help with. Blessings Missy H;)

The odor could be that you lack the p trap at the washing machine drain. As for the stopped up sink, try to have it snaked by a better company. Many only penetrate the clog but do not clean the clog away.
