When you have been taking birth control pills and you stop it is going to mess with your cycle and also will take awhile to get out of your system!! It takes time!!

Wait until you have 2 or 3 normal cycles off birth control before trying for a baby. Give your body time to adjust. Coming off the pill can cause irregular periods and hormones to be out of control.
Give it some time and be patient.

How does your husband feel about wanting another child?
Are you working through your problems as you posted before?

I can understand wanting your kids to be close in age, however, you might want to wait for a little while. Let them be babies for a while, let things settle down in life for a little while, and let your body have a break, is my advice. Having babies one right after the other can be real hard on your body. It takes a lot of work to create another being, and while your kids might be fine, your body can get pretty warn out and depleted. Its completely normal to have the " baby cravings". Some people have those craving even with a new born. However, its important to not act on these cravings every time you get them. (unless you want 20 kids ;0) It takes a lot of strength to fight those baby urges when they strike, but it may be best. You might want to think about the future, and how having babies so close together will effect you and them. (putting a kid in college every year can get pretty pricey. Also, my brothers were only 14 months apart, and they were good friends, yet there was a lot of competing for attention against each other, trying to stand apart from one another.plus you want to be able to have the energy and physical health/strength to give them the love and attention that they need every day) It can also be a stresser on your marriage, along with your pocket book. You'll love them with all your heart, but its not easy keeping a marriage together when you don't hardly even have time to brush your teeth, or get changed from your pj's every day. Just a thought. In referernce to your questions, the stomach pains could be a sign that you need to slow down. They could be muscle cramps, or many other things. It is possible to get pregnant while bleeding, but INCREDIBLY rare. I suggest if you are going to test, you wait until you are a week late for your period. And since you had a baby in 2005, I doubt that you are more fertile, as it was over a year ago. Typically it's the first several(I would guess about up to 6, but don't quote me on that) months where you are most fertile, after having baby. Good luck to you. If you get pregnant, congratulations. But I hope that you are able to control those baby urges and take a small break, and spend some time with just the four of you for a while.
