Ok, I'm 21years old and I'm circumcised. I've got a small 'tic-tac' (if you know what those mints are) shaped lump under the skin underneath the penis head. Its been there for a while to be honest, I wasn't sure if it had got any bigger but my girlfriend said it felt like it, but if so not very much. Its right under the head kind of half way where the frenulum would be (but I don't have that anymore due to circumcision when very little). It's a hard lump that isn't really painful to touch or anything and kind of moves around undr the skin. It feels attached to the actual head (or stuff inside the penis head). It becomes more noticble when erect.

I'm thinking it may be a cyst? But the fact there's no painand it seems attached makes me think Cancer?. which I hope it isn't. I'm going to go to the doctor but wanted some opinions also.

Also if it is a cyst or that type of thing, is it possible to get it cut out?.

Well your obvisoually older than I and many others who for some reason had this problem recently. It must have been something that was going around. However we all discovered it was a cyst and mine was not painful. It went away like a week or 2 later but I read that may never go away unless you get it removed by a doctor. Search for lump on penis and you will see about 60 boys saying they just got one and we all got them aruond the same time. Im not sure when you got yours but maybe yours just hasn't gone away. It could lays be an ingrown hair too.

More like a circumcision-related issue to me. Probably remains of the frenulum/scar tissue.

Don't get me started on circumcision...

Could be an unabsorbable stitch from circumcision?
