I need to lose 50 pounds by January 1, 2008
Hi I'm new to the site. My name is Aaron. I'm 14 years old and weight about 180. I need to get to about 130 or 135. I'd like to do it by Jaunary 1, 2008 about 5 months from now. I know diet amd exercize are the only solutions, but I need actual tips, such as what meals make me lose the most weight? Things like that. I test different foods with other foods or drinks and see what workd best. I know that 1 cup of water and a lemon if you eat the whole lemon (not the outer shell) and drink 1 cup of water that in 2 hours you lose .4 pounds. I need more tips like this... Even a complete food guide would help and how do I know what foods make me lose the most weight because all people are different and I was wondering what I should eat/drink to lose the most weight.
