    Going to try Clomid
Okay, so if you haven't read my posts before; My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 8 months. I recently began having trouble with my period. I wasn't having one at all. The last two months I have used Prometruim to make me start. I went to the Dr today and she wants me to buy an ovulation kit and see if I ovulate. Then she wants to check my progesterone levels and if I don't start on my own I will take Prometruim to make me have my period and then I will start taking Clomid. Does anyone know what the statistics are for people who have taken Clomid? How long does it usually take to get pregnant? Can it cause a multiple child pregnancy?

40 to 80 percent of women will ovulate when taking Clomid, and 40 to 60 percent of those women will have conceived after using Clomid for six months.

The multiple pregnancy rate is about 10 percent :)
