    Hello,

All right, for Internet Explorer, this can be completed in a few easy steps.

First, click tools, then Internet options, (if u are using Internet Explorer 6) click delete cookies, delete files, then click clear history. It is best to clear all three of those things if you want to completely clear your search and surfing history.

If you have any problems, feel free to ask. Best of luck.

Oh, OK. I didn't realize you were talking about Yahoo search. I'm not too familiar with Yahoo search, but if there is an "options" tab or button or menu, you might be able to do it there.

Perhaps someone here who is more familiar with Yahoo search can give you some tips of how to do it.

    Erase
    Hi,
Not sure this will work, but have you tried:
    Right click on a subject.
    Then Left click on Delete.
    Best wishes,

How about erasing the "search" in...
Windows? When you click on start, search... and type a word to lookup a file.
How do you erase those searches?
    Thank you!

    Searches
    Hi,
Here are the steps to erase searches, that happen when you type in a letter, and it pulls down the words for you to click on. This is part of the Internet Explorer settings.
At any web page, click on Tools at the top, then click on Internet Options.
Click on the Content tab, then toward the bottom, on the right, click on the Auto Complete button.
Now, near the top, under the heading "Use Auto Complete for", left click on any checkmarks (to remove them), and click on OK.
You can also click on the Clear Forms and Clear Passwords buttons to completely remove all of it.
Also, Here is a link for a great, free cleaner, that clears out cookies, history, etc, junk files:

    http://www.ccleaner.com

This program, under Options, can also be set to keep cookies or URL's of places you visit often. It does a much better job of deleting junk files that Windows does, using Disk Cleaner, etc.
    Best wishes,
    fredg
