I am dating this guy.
He never calls me.
And when I see him he doesn't even say "hi."
It makes my mad.
Then when I don't talk to him he's always like "Are you mad."

So I was wondering do you think I should dump him?

If he doesn't call you, or doesn't even say hi to you when he sees you, it doesn't even sound like a relationship to me. You can do much better. Find someone that will at least acknowledge your presence. :)

How about next time he asks if you're mad... tell him. And tell him why:D
If that fails, then dump him... don't put yourself through taht kind of pain. You deserve better girl:)

You don't need to dump him because if he doesn't talk to you or call you then you aren't even dating. Instead, ignore him and like a bad rash he'll eventually go away and bug someone else.

You, in the meantime, need to forget about this game player and find yourself a nice guy that appreciates you.

You are not dating. You are too young to date. What you are doing is flirting with him. Nothing wrong with that but don't be surprised that he isn't flirting back. Perhaps he sees it as some kind of game and he is not interested. If you are really interested in this guy then stop playing games and show him that you are for real.
