    If the existing faucet set doesn't have a built-in sprayer, you will have to change it out for that does. You can check out examples at a local plumbing store, Home Depot, or Lowe's etc. There are many models to choose from that have the sprayer built into the neck of the faucet, so no extra holes required. I don't know of any other way to add a sprayer to an existing faucet.

    The only way to add a sprayer to a faucet that isn't built in is by using sprayer that has a large round rubber funnel/boot on the other end. This boot slips over the faucet. Unfortunately I have not seen one of thes in years. Ebaines gave you your best route.
