    Handicapped adult child
I live in a one bedroom apt. and have one 19 yr. old child staying with me. So far this has worked out between the manager and myself, but now my 25 yr. old who lives in Michigan needs a major surgery to his hip and is going to have to move here to Florida with me. I can afford a bigger apt. now,but I still have 5 months left on my lease. If I move another person into my apt. I'm afraid I'll be evicted. Is there any way to break my lease beacause of my son's health problems?

You should talk to your landlord. If your other child is only going to stay for a short while they might not have a problem with it. However if you need more room they might let you out of your lease or work out some kind of solution with you.
