This is my third time violating I have no communtity service to do maily its just the money they want I owe roughly four-thousand dollars which I have but I wondering if I pay them what I owe get a lawyer will I be able to stay out of jail

If all they want is the money, then pay them. Your po should be able to tell you that without hiring a lawyer.

You will probably serve time if it is your 3rd time violating.. My boyfriend is in jail now for violating and it is his first time. Good Luck
