That;s a bit of a weird question :)
Are you asking what does "inversely proportional" mean? Here's an example - when you drive in a car the time it takes to cover 1 mile is inversely proportional to the speed of the car. At 30 MPH it takes 120 seconds to cover 1 mile, whereas at 60 MPH it takes 60 seconds - hence if you go twice as fast it takes only half as long. So in this case speed and time are inversely proportional. Does this help?
